UPDATE: Chad “Ochocinqo” Johnson Suing Over Sex Tape Leak! [KingpinTV*net]

From the day Chad Johnson’s sex tape was leaked, there had been talks that he would sue the website that leaked the video World Star Hip Hop.

According to TMZ those talks have turned into a full fledged lawsuit not just against WSHH, but also Media Take Out. The man formerly knows as OchoCinco is asking for unspecified damages, plus a court order to make sure the video can never be shown on their sites again. No word on if the model in the video is also suing, but you can see photos of her here.

Chad contends that the video was stolen from his phone and the FBI is working on who committed the crime.

VIDEO/GROUPIE TALES: Chad “Ochocinqo” Johnson Has Sex Tape Leaked! [KingpinTV*net]

Chad Johnson may not currently be in the NFL but he can’t seem to stay out of the spotlight. He may finally have reached the point where even he feels overexposed: parts of an alleged sex tape featuring the former NFL star were leaked on the internet.

Worldstarhiphop.com received the short clip and some photos of the sex tape. The description accompanying the video says “The photo is really a video that was taken as a screen-shot during Chad’s alleged sexcapades with a full audience in the background.”

According to TMZ, Johnson acknowledged that the tape is real and a source close to him told the website that it was shot “roughly three years ago.” Per the report, Johnson is looking into legal options to get the tape removed from the web. It is believed that the source of the leak is his ex jumpoff, Wankaego seen below.  The former wide receiver has contacted the FBI. Because his phone was hacked this maybe considered a cyber crime punishable by law.
